For those with kiddos labeled as “hyper”, look for high levels of electrical frequencies in their bedroom. If you don’t have an EMF reader then look for any electrical equipment in or around their rooms that stays on 27/4. Consider what is on the other side of their bedroom walls too, as your child's bed may be opposite the electrical panel of your home. Imagine having that going through your body while you are trying to sleep. Make sure other equipment like your internet or cable box is not in or around their room either. Have a wind-down time at least an hour before bedtime, no devices (phones, games, laptops, TV) and start turning off lights. This will help your child’s natural melatonin to start to kick in. These tips go for any bedroom so if you are feeling wired, check your bedroom for electrical equipment and get it out of there!
