or on your dresser is not recommended for any bedroom. Mirrors are too yang (energized) for a bedroom that is supposed to be calm and relaxing. Besides too energized, mirrors double whatever they reflect and you definitely don't want double the people in your bedroom! If you have a mirror over your bed you will tend to keep looking to the past instead of the future.
If you just can't bear to remove the mirror attached to your dresser - eye roll - at a minimum cover it with a blue clothe while you are sleeping so that you can get the deep, restful sleep your body craves and requires.
