Feng Shui Tips to get you started
Kids instinctively have this trait yet somewhere along the way as we grow older we forget how important it is to have fun. Why is that? It's not like we don't know how to have fun, life just gets so heavy that we become too weighted down and having fun seems irresponsible. Find some fun in your life it will do you good. If you don't know where to start, be around children and they will guide you. Swing on a swing set. Pull off a prank. Blow bubbles. Hop scotch. Play a game. Whatever it is that you have fond memories of as a child, start there.
Fireworks are around the corner for many Americans and with them comes great celebration welcoming in the New Year!
To add spark back into your relationships, celebrate your relationships just as you would the New Year. When we celebrate and honor our relationships, we are rewarded with healthy support. Plus it is difficult to take for granted that which we celebrate.
So many relationship issues can be resolved with just a little reading between the lines of separation...then actually doing something about it! As couples progress in life with buying a bigger home they tend to start drawing a line between her stuff and his stuff because they finally have the space to do so. The builders don't help with this either as they designate his and her sinks, closets and even garages! Then there is the furniture with his and her recliners and the ultimate culprit, the king size mattress with the 2 separate twin size box springs.
As each year passes and the couple keeps adding space between them (and their stuff) then the couple will eventually separate from their commitment to each other. Couples are considered as One and should keep their stuff together and not separated. Not to squelch anyone's independence but when you start thinking and doing things independent of your partner, then the best interest of the couple no longer exists and the bond between the couple dissolves.
Remove the space between you and your partner. Mix your clothes together in the same closet. Mix items at each sink - both toothbrushes should be at one sink. Start with these simple things and you will rekindle your early years of when you first met and could not get enough of each other!
Your mattress is the closest piece of furniture to your entire body and it is extremely important to get this piece of furniture right. Mattresses support you and if positioned correctly can give you that vital REM that your body needs to rejuvenate each night. Make sure your mattress is not in the path of your bedroom door and it is best if your headboard is on a solid wall (no windows or doors). For those of you changing relationships be sure to change out your mattress too so that your old/past relationship does not contaminate your new relationship.
