Purge the Useless

Purge the useless - no longer serves you in a good way - memories that you have on auto loop. A de-clutter of your mind, if you will, to allow for the new purposeful memories to rewind and play again. Unload all the heaviness of the negative memories and feel the weight lift off of you. Your body and mind will thank you for it.

Mind and Mouth Connection

We often forget how influential our state of mind is on our world around us.  A negative state of mind will attract negativity.  A positive state of mind will attract positive energy.  For example:
If you cook your food when you are angry, resentful or being verbally negative (cursing) then your meal will not taste good.  Sour words = sour food = upset stomach.
If you wake up dreading your day then your day is guaranteed to be dreadful.
Be mindful of what your mouth is doing to your environment then make adjustments and reap the benefits.

Feeling Crummy?

If you are feeling crummy, vacuum up the crumbs around you.  When was the last time you vacuumed under the cushions of your couch?  It is amazing what it can collect.  And surely you do not eat in your bed but if you do, get to vacuuming it as well.  Eat at your desk? You are not alone.  Pick up your keyboard and shake out the crumbs then clean under your keyboard.  Take a close look at what is closest to you as it truly does affect you the most.

Wired

For those with kiddos labeled as “hyper”, look for high levels of electrical frequencies in their bedroom.  If you don’t have an EMF reader then look for any electrical equipment in or around their rooms that stays on 27/4.  Consider what is on the other side of their bedroom walls too, as your child's bed may be opposite the electrical panel of your home.  Imagine having that going through your body while you are trying to sleep.  Make sure other equipment like your internet or cable box is not in or around their room either.
Have a wind-down time at least an hour before bedtime, no devices (phones, games, laptops, TV) and start turning off lights.  This will help your child’s natural melatonin to start to kick in.
These tips go for any bedroom so if you are feeling wired, check your bedroom for electrical  equipment and get it out of there!

Guilty (dis)Pleasures

We've all received them, you know what I'm talking about, those gifts that your Aunt gave you that you know if you don't have on display when she visits that she will make a comment about it.  I get it, it was thoughtful of her and you want to make her happy by displaying it but do you love it?  And as the years go by, how many more guilt gifts do you have filling up your home?
Guilt gifts can come in all forms from decor items, to artwork, to clothing, to furniture.  If you don't love it, it shouldn't be in your home because it holds negative feelings.  Negative feelings from each guilt gift can make your home a sad home.  Release those negative feelings by making your home a guilt-free zone and only have items you love.  If your Aunt asks where her guilt gift is then just explain that it just didn't go with your decor and leave it that and she'll stop giving your guilt gifts.
